At Dreamline Outdoor Furniture, we want you to love your outdoor oasis; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and original documentation back into the original shipping crates or boxes.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will assist in scheduling a specialized freight carrier to collect the items directly from your curbside or loading dock.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for damages, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
